Technological Footprint
noun:
a measure of the amount of Carbon Dioxide and/or other gases emitted from
fossil fuel consumption of an Information Technology project over a
certain IT 'territory,' which refers to the reach of IT systems (i.e.
email) across business units, geography, functions and interdependencies,
etc...The carbon footprint of all aspects of an implemented IT project is
the Technological Footprint.
